It is important to understand what the purpose of your website is from the start. If you want to sell products on the web, for example, you have to know your demographic, advertising plans, product prices, what products you want to list on your site, how you want to ship, what forms of payments you want to except, and other ebusiness related issues. 2. Who do I want to visit my site?

(Example Answers: People from the ages of 19-30, Women over the age of 50, Men under the age of 45, Everyone, etc.)
Knowing your demographic will help us design your site in a way that will be most appealing to the people you want to visit your site.

3. What do I want my domain name to be?

Try to pick something related to your cause that is short and catchy. You can check for available domain names here. Knights Design L.L.C. can set your domain name up for you or you can do it yourself at any domain registrar.

4. What kind of hosting features do I need?

Consider how much space you need (megabytes). Think about how long you want to buy space. Also, Think about many emails are you going to need. If you aren't sure about some or any of these issues, contact us and we will help you make the right choices.

5. How much do I want to spend on a website?

Gather Your Materials

1. Be sure to get any photos you may want included in your site's design. We ensure you that we will take the best care possible of your photos. However, Knights Design L.L.C. is not responsible for any damage to the photos, so you may want to send duplicates or scan and email image files.


2. Type out your materials. For any large articles you want to include on your site, be sure to type them out. If you send us print outs, we will have to spend time typing up something you've already typed and charge you for unnecessary time spent. You can send us the text as an attachment or just put the text directly in an email. Anything we can copy the text out of will save us time and you money.
